Hi, I'm Kylie, and I've been making mods since 2021. I started with Sims 4 ports and small props. After that, I started making custom clothes and piercings and other things.Thank you so much for all your support so that I can continue with this.

Section 1. usage terms

1.1. Original assets and textures created by Kylie are intended for FFXIV use only
1.1.2. If you want to use kylies assets and textures for another game, please ask for permissions via the Discord ticket tool first.
1.2. kylies products can only be found on Ko-fi, Glamourdresser or XMA
1.3. All Kylies products are considered digital goods

Section 2. Prohibited & Permitted Actions

2.1. Reselling, redistributing or claiming ownership of kylies creations is strictly prohibited
2.2. Sharing, trading or price splitting of any kylie creations product is strictly prohibited
2.3. Selling edits of kylies products is strictly prohibited
2.4. All kylies products are not allowed to be ported to Lalafell
2.4.1. Permission to port products to lalafell can be granted privately, via discord DM.
2.5. Any kylie products found in other website that are not Ko-fi of kylie are not permitted
2.6. The use of kylies products to promote bigotry, misogyny, hate speech or illegal activites is striclty prohibited

Section 3. Refund policy

3.1. Due to the nature of digital good, all purchases are final and not refundable
3.2. If any issue has been found, please contact kylie
on discord

Section 4. Editing of assets

4.1. Private edits of kylies products are permitted.
4.1.2 If a product is currently free, edits can be uploaded to XMA, with due credit to kylie and inform kylie about it.
4.2. If a product is currently paywalled, edits must be kept private

Section 5. Upscales

5.1. Upscales of free products are allowed
5.1.1. Free products upscales can have the textures included in the modpack
5.2. Upscales of paywalled products are not allowed
5.2.1. Private upscales of paywalled products are allowed
5.2.2. Upscales of paywalled products will be outsourced and included in the original product
5.2.3. Every outsourced upscale is done by renowned creators and paid accordingly
5.3. Upscales to different bodies are permitted and must abide to the terms of use

Section 6. Commissions of products

6.1. Private edits commissions of kylie products are permitted
6.2. Both parties involved in a commission agreement of a kylie product must own the product before the commission begins

Section 7. Kylie Commissions

7.1. kylie will open commissions when the schedule permits it.
7.2. All commissions are announced on the discord server.
7.3. Commissions are not first come, first serve.
7.4. Commission requests are made via my ticket-tool on my discod server.
7.5. Payment for commissions is done with EURO.
7.6. Refunds of the commission are not permitted.
7.7. Commissions that don’t include privacy, will be released on ko-fi after some time.
7.7.1. Comissions without privacy will stay private for a minimum of 1 months.
7.7.2. kylie can decide what will happen with commissions without privacy after 1 months.
7.8. A full payment must be made to keep your item private.
7.9. You are not allowed to publish it yourself anywhere (giving it up to 3 friends in private is totally fine of course)
7.10. You don`t have permission to sell a commission made by Kylie anywhere.
